Refund Policy

Stripe Payments (Pay in Full, Pay in 2)

The CA$1,000 / US$730 deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This deposit secures your place and is applied toward your total trip balance. Payment processing fees are calculated on the full trip price and are non-refundable under any circumstances. For Pay in 2 bookings, the balance charged 30 days after the deposit is also non-refundable once processed.

Zelle and Email Money Transfer Payments

Full payment is due within 48 hours of reservation. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the reservation is automatically released. No processing fees apply to these payment methods.

Cancellation Deadline

No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2026, for any payment method. This applies to all payment types: Stripe, Zelle, and Email Money Transfer.

Cancellations Before August 1, 2026

If you need to cancel before August 1, 2026, please contact Rachad directly at [email protected] or 604-396-8526. A trip credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund, minus any non-refundable amounts (deposit and processing fees for Stripe payments). No cash refunds will be provided.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control that prevent the trip from proceeding, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial credit toward a future experience.
